Thank you for choosing THCA Best Budz! We are committed to providing you with the best THCA flower at competitive prices, as well as exceptional customer service. Below is a detailed explanation of our fulfillment and shipping process to ensure transparency and set clear expectations.
Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule
Business Hours
- Customer Service: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
- Fulfillment Team: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM PST
- Closed on weekends and federal holidays
Weekend Orders
Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following business days.
Processing Time
- Most orders ship out the day after they are placed.
- Occasionally, an order may ship the same day, but this is rare and not guaranteed.
- We allow up to 3 full business days for order processing before shipment.
Shipping Notifications
- When your shipping label is printed, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
- Important: A printed label does not mean your order has shipped, only that it is being prepared.
- Orders are typically handed off to the carrier (USPS or UPS) the same day they are printed; however, this is not guaranteed.
- After handoff, all delivery updates must come from the carrier. Please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.
- Always track your package on the carrier's official website (usps.com or ups.com). Do not use the Shop App, as its information is not accurate.
When to Contact Us
- Please do not contact us unless 2 full business days have passed since you placed your order.
- Example 1: If you order on Monday, wait until Thursday before inquiring.
- Example 2: If you order on Friday, your order may not ship until end of day Tuesday.
- If you would like to cancel prior to shipment, contact us for a full refund if the order has not left the facility.
- If the order has shipped, you may return it sealed in its original condition for a full refund once received.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- Once your package is handed off to USPS or UPS, all shipping times and delays are beyond our control.
- Shipping Costs: Fees paid at checkout are passed directly to the carrier. THCA Best Budz does not profit from expedited shipping.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Issues

- Your 5-digit order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos, if requested
- We will always correct mistakes on our end and ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us before leaving negative reviews.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: While we are not responsible, we will do our best to assist.
- Note: Cancellations must be made before processing begins. Once a label is printed, you may not cancel, but you may return the order sealed for a full refund.
Customer Courtesy Policy
Our team works diligently to provide quality products and service. We ask that all communication remain respectful.
- Profanity or rudeness will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from ordering.
Shipping Timeframes
Example:
Order Placed: Monday, January 2
- Latest Ship Date: Wednesday, January 4 (end of day)
- Target Ship Date: Tuesday, January 3 (not guaranteed)
Customer-Selected Shipping Methods
- USPS Priority Mail: Up to 3 business days after shipment
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment
Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Additional Notes
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship to states that have banned THCA hemp products, including: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
- Orders over $150 are considered high value and may require an adult signature.
- No Saturday delivery for UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders shipped Friday will deliver Monday (Next Day Air) or Tuesday (2nd Day Air).
