Refund Policy
Returns
You may return any product that is still in the condition you received it. All our products are sealed to perfection, preventing smell. Once a product has been opened or unsealed, we are unable to accept it as a return or refund. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot resell it once it has been opened, and it is not recommended to ship if it has been unsealed.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at sales@thcabestbudz.com, and we will provide you with the most up-to-date return address.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
